『Cinnamon raisin bagel』

First time doing bagel,forget pad a paper at the bottom, 

So there is no way to pick it up after fermentation hot,

Fortunately, there is finally resolved.

Although fermentation is not pretty but the taste is very good to eat！

『肉桂葡萄乾貝果』

第一次做貝果　底下忘記墊紙

導致發酵完後沒有辦法拿起來燙

還好最後有順利解決

雖然發酵得不漂亮　但口感很Ｑ很好吃的哩^___^
